Renata Warchoł - Lewicka

An expert in the field of contracts for trade, particularly contracts signed in the new technologies and outsourcing industries. A specialist in areas of law connected with new technologies, including copyright. She has participated in the creation and negotiation of contracts in over 200 IT system implementation projects, including for the banking, telecoms, power and gas sectors. Her areas of professional experience also include commercial law, public procurement law (particularly in the field of IT), M&A, labour law and litigations.

Knowledge and experience in the field of IT project life cycles and the processes they involve mean she can efficiently manage the crisis situations that accompany them, and assess the risk of these occurring at the negotiating stage. A coordinator and consultant for GDPR implementation teams.

A legal counsel with a decade and a half of professional experience. She has been collaborating with the firm since 2002, as part of its permanent team since 2004, and a partner since early 2008. Before working with the firm, she was a legal counsel at an IT company (2002-2004), previously she spent several years (1998-2002) working at a brokerage in Krakow at the Corporate Services section of the Investment Banking Department, mainly involved in projects connected with trading stocks in public and private companies, legal servicing of investment processes connected with the entry of an industry or financial investor for limited companies, preparation of the legal sections of issue prospectuses and drawing up legal analyses within these projects.
