Her professional interests also include investment processes, mainly the restructuring of commercial law companies. She has wide experience in civil proceedings, particularly commercial proceedings with the participation of foreign entities.

She has over a decade of professional experience. Involved with the firm since September 2009, previously worked with renowned advocate firms in Krakow.
A graduate of the Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Law and Administration in Krakow. She defended her master’s thesis, entitled “Leveraged Buyout Transactions and the Prohibition of Financial Assistance in the Context of Reform of the Capital Directive”, with a very good grade in 2008. In 2010 she completed master studies at the Department of Law, Economics and Management of the Université d’Orléans in Master en Droit Privé, Spécialité Economique, option droit des affaires français et international. In 2012 she passed her professional advocate’s exam, and is registered with the Krakow Advocates’ Bar Council under no. KR 2678
