She has extensive experience in civil litigation, including foreign arbitration and economic mediation. She represents Polish entrepreneurs in agrarian disputes abroad and German entrepreneurs in negotiations with Polish agricultural producers. In confrontations he is guided by the principle of seeking rational compromises. He also deals with international debt collection. She began her career at the firm by providing legal support to Austrian holding groups. Currently, she supports clients from the D-A-CH area in investments in Poland.
She is a compliance specialist and implementer of legal restructuring processes for entrepreneurs in the area of personal data protection (RODO) including cross-border data flows, whistleblowing, anti-money laundering and terrorist financing (AML) and cyber security (DORA and NIS2). She has significant experience in reviewing contracts in the areas of intellectual property law, e-commerce, investment in IP products and intellectual property security for both software houses and industry.
