Małgorzata Woźniak

She specialises mainly in servicing commercial entities in the IT industry, particularly in the fields of preparing and assessing contracts for the creation of software, its sale, implementation and post-implementation service, and consultancy in the field of intellectual property rights. She is also a specialist with regard to public procurement law, both in the field of servicing entities in connection with introducing legal protection measures (appeals), and in assessing tendering documentation and the actions of ordering parties in the tendering process. Conducts training in intellectual property rights and changes in the law.

During her studies, she provided legal advice for the Civil Law Section of the University’s Legal Clinic. In 2000, she began working with the internet service e-prawnik.pl and was involved in creating its content Since 2001, she has been collaborating permanently with the firm. Since 2006, she has run an solo legal practice. She became a partner at the firm in 2008.

A graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (2001), she studies law at the Faculty of Law and Administration. The same year, she also completed studies at the American Law School run by the Jagiellonian University in collaboration with the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. She has completed post-graduate studies in Copyright, Publishing and Press Law conducted by the Interdepartmental Institute of Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University. She passed her judge’s exam in 2004. Since 2006, she has run a solo legal practice.
