He specialises in commercial law, with a particular emphasis on company law. He conducts full servicing of merger and takeover transactions, advises on restructuring and consolidations within groups of companies, including foreign entities. He also specialises in civil, material and procedural law. Conducts ongoing servicing of commercial entities, with particular emphasis on preparing and negotiating contracts.
Provides legal services in English and German.
He underwent a range of work placements during his studies, as law firms and courts in Krakow, as well as Krakow’s Allerhand Institute. A member of the Kraków Advocates’ Bar Council since 2013. A member of the firm’s team since 2013.
A graduate of legal studies at the Jagiellonian University (2012). He defended his master’s thesis entitled “Acquisition of Own Shares by a Joint Stock Company”. A PhD student at the Department of Private Commercial Law at the Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Law and Administration, where he is preparing a thesis entitled “A Limited Liability Company’s Own Stock”.
