Katarzyna Łochowska

Specializes in labor and social security law. She has many years of experience serving large entities, including international ones, where he provides comprehensive legal advice on employer-employee relations, drafting and reviewing contracts and resolving labor disputes. She also specializes in preparing companies for inspections by the State Labor Inspectorate (PIP) and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), taking care to minimize risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. With her practical knowledge and individual approach, she effectively supports companies in maintaining legal security in a dynamically changing environment.

In addition, she supports investors during construction processes by offering comprehensive legal advice. She specializes in negotiating and preparing contracts for the construction industry, including construction contracts, ensuring compliance of contracts with applicable regulations and reducing legal risks during construction projects.

She has been with the firm since November 2016. Since November 2022 Junior Partner of the Firm. Previously, she worked with renowned law firms in Cracow. As of 2019, she is an attorney at law.  

A graduate of the Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Law and Administration. She defended her master’s thesis entitled “The Legal Nature of a Loan in European Legal Tradition” at the Department of Roman and Comparative Law, completing her studies with a distinction. Finished post-graduate studies in labour law and social security at the Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Law and Administration.
