He has been involved with the firm since its creation in 1998,as one of its founders. A member of the supervisory boards of numerous Polish and foreign companies, including many listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. A member of the authorities of pro bono organisations, including the Copernicus Centre Foundation, Krakow Taekwondo Centre and Civic Educational Council. The author of many opinion publications on commercial and tax law, and in the field of philosophy. The author of numerous trainings in commercial and tax law, including as a lecturer in tax law for trainee advocates.
Graduated from the Jagiellonian University Law Faculty in 1995. From 1995 – 1997 an assistant judge at the Appeal Court in Krakow, finishing with a judicial exam. In 2001 he passed the Bar Council exam. In 2006 - 2007 postgraduate course in philosophy, ethics and cultural studies at the Pontifical Theological Academy in Krakow (currently the Pontifical University of John Paul II), continued during the years 2007 - 2011 as PhD studies. He defended his doctoral dissertation at the department of metaphysics.
